Both Nitric Oxide and Slidenafil in need of consideration to stop Corona

                                  


         

Nitric Oxide           

         Nitric oxide can be used for the treatment of Covid 19 in case of oxygenation. It's really well known for the name " molecule of the year" since its ability as a signalling molecule(messenger molecule). It can dilate blood vessel. As covid 19 inhibit ARDS syndrome., Nitric oxide' s ability to dilate blood vessel may reduce the severity of blood clot formed by cytokines. 


Slidenafil 

     A well known drug used for erectile dysfunction becomes useful for covid 19 with the view of that it uses the eNOS(endothelial nitric oxide synthase) pathway. This becomes indication that the connection between nitric oxide and Slidenafil to treat to blood clot formed by covid. Firstly, Slidenafil is intended for the use of hypertension but later its ability to erectile dysfunction becomes useful for commercial purposes. Therefore, most famous Viagra(Slidenafil) produced by Pfizer  becomes available in the market. 

cGMP(cyclic Guanosine monophosphate)

       It is also a second messenger activating the protein kinases. It also helps smooth muscle in blood vessels leading to vasodilation and increasing blood flow.

              Slidenafil increase the cGMP level causing smooth muscle relaxation involving the the Nitric Oxide synthase pathway.

         Slidenafil (PDE5 inhibitor) is an inhibitor of andenosine nucleoside transporter allowing Adenosine to accumulate in the bloodstream.

Slidenafil acting as a Phoshodiesterase inhibitor provide the effects of Adenosine blocking nucleosides binding to Covid 19 RNA. Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase  degrades the phosphodiester bond in cGMP. So, it can be considered as a drug to stop the viral replication of Corona virus.

 It is all my idea about the treatment of Covid 19.
I think a lot of  research and clinical trials are needed to prove it.


Conclusion 

       As mentioned above, it is clear that the usefulness of nitric oxide and Slidenafil are seriously in need of consideration for stopping Corona virus transmission.

Most importantly, Not only Nitric Oxide and Slidenafil are useful for blood dilation and oxygenation but mainly essential for the stopping of viral replication.
