 Dipyridamole, the potential drug to be considered in stopping RNA Replication of Covid 19

 Dipyridamole(Persantin), must be used only under the Prescription of Physician.

  Dipyridamole

                       Dipyridamole is used for anti coagulation, anti viral and and anti inflammatory actions. As Covid 19 has inflammation and coagulation effects by Cytokines Storm, the possible action of Dipyridamole can be considered as a therapeutic way in treating severely ill Covid 19 patients suffering from blood clotting.

                            Diyridamole has a Phoshodiesterase enzymes that can break down the RNA replication of Covid 19. This Phoshodiesterase can break down DNA and RNA of Covid 19.

                            Dipyridamole acting as a Phoshodiesterase inhibitor provide the effects of Adenosine blocking nucleosides binding to Covid 19 RNA.

 


 

                            

Phoshodiesterase inhibitor(dipyridamole)

          It is a drug used for blocking of Phoshodiestrerate  preventing from forming of cAMP and  cGMP.

cAMP(cyclic Adenosine monophosphate)

        It is a second messenger derived from Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) and synthesized to AMP by the use of Phoshodiesterase.

cGMP(cyclic Guanosine monophosphate)

       It is also a second messenger activating the protein kinases. It also helps smooth muscle in blood vessels leading to vasodilation and increasing blood flow.

Diyridamole is used for blood vessels dilation.So,
it is suitable for Covid 19 patients suffering from blood clotting formed by cytokines storm.
Diyridamole is an inhibitor of andenosine nucleoside transporter allowing Adenosine to accumulate in the bloodstream  causing the increase in vasodilation.

Cytokines Storm


Cytokine storms are one important factor  in Corona virus causing lung damage by excessive production of cytokine. It can cause inflammation in lung.


Adenosine

     Adenosine consists of adenine attached to a sugar Ribose in Covid 19 mRNA.
Dipyridamole break down cAMP by cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase and by blocking of adenosine uptake.
Adenine can derive to Adenosine from there ATP ADP AMP can also be derived. Those are the main factors in cell metabolisms.
 

 


Conclusion
      As a result of dipyridamole, severely ill people with blood clotting in Covid 19 patients can be treated with dipyridamole due to its vasodilation effects.
Most importantly, Dipyridamole can break down the Covid 19 cAMP by nucleotide phosphodiesterase and by blocking of adenosine uptake. With that being said, Dipyridamole can be considered as a potential therapeutic drug for stopping RNA replication of Covid 19. It is all just my hypothesis. 

Caution

Dipyridamole must be taken only under the prescription of Physician because it is only prescription drug. You need to be careful with that.
